Life is full of changes, moment to moment. One thing that remains is our breath. It takes time & practice, but we can learn to observe it objectively & ultimately work towards equanimity. In this course we will focus on breath, physical sensations on the body, & observations of the mind. The highlight of this particular style of meditation is the awareness of all three; breath, body, mind!

I am a Yoga & Meditation Instructor based out of Dallas. I did my first Vipassana meditation course in Hawaii, 2014 & completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training in India, 2015. Yoga & meditation have been essential to this journey of growth called LIFE! I feel beyond compelled to pay it forward by sharing the teachings.
This program focuses on the breath, body, mind & most importantly, the awareness of all three!
